Deep Purple 'Song To Soul' from Japanese TV
In April 2009 a Japanese TV station aired a new series of Song To Soul, which looks at the personal stories behind a famous rock track. Smoke On the Water was covered in an hour long show, and included interviews with Jon Lord and others, as well as writers including Simon Robinson, in his capacity of the author of the new book due later in 2013
