Mick Jagger likes films shooting

Morgan Neville's film inspired “The Rolling Stones” frontman Mick Jagger for shooting television series and Broadway musical staging.

Mick Jagger is very passionate about the film industry now and that's, he decided to create his own film.

As the basis for his documentary project he wants to take “Twenty feet from Stardom” 2013. Mick and producer Victoria Pierman already in talks about it with the director of the original movie Morgan Neville. This film was first presented at last year's festival Sundance.

It has collected about $ 5 million and became the highest grossing documentaries of the year. Neville will take part in the filming of a new project, produced by Jagger and Pierman.

According to the website of the magazine Hollywood Reporter, we will see some of the backing vocalists in a new series. For example, Darlene Love (from the 1960s who performed with Elvis Presley and Beach Boys), and Lisa Fischer (backing vocalist of The Rolling Stones, Tina Turner, and Nine Inch Nails).

Now Mick is also working on his film “Get On Up” and shooting an autobiographical film about music legend of the XXth century – James Joseph Brown. The last one will be released on August 1.
